I've been utilizing their services for several months now. My clients have had a positive experience with their answering services. I was really impressed when one of the staff members went the extra mile and found some information for a caller about an event I was organizing, providing them with the details they needed. I've also relied on their services to reach out to clients or potential clients. They make calls promptly and manage to get me the information I require. I've been using Smith.AI for a few months now for my small law practice in North Carolina. It's been super useful for setting up calls with potential clients. In certain practice areas, I offer initial calls at no charge, while in others, I do charge for the first consultation. The receptionists at Smith are aware of this and let the clients know. Even when our intake specialist is away, smith.ai ensures no calls are missed and keeps our schedule packed with potential client meetings. At our law firm, we rely on Smith.ai for backup receptionists to handle calls when our lines are tied up. They’re super friendly, professional, and always stick to our detailed instructions for transferring calls and taking messages. When we kicked things off with them a few years back, we sometimes ran into issues finding Spanish speakers, but that’s not been a problem recently.
